Our time here was amazing!
--Jamie W. from Georgia

This was our 5th time here and we plan on returning next year for two weeks.
--Betty T. from Missouri

Another wonderful year; seems to get better each time we stay.
--Don and Louise K. from Michigan

What a beautiful location! This was our first time in Mexico Beach, and we made such wonderful memories, we will be coming back every year.
--Jeanne S. from New York

Beautiful home...We really enjoyed it. The porch was especially wonderful! This is the nicest place we have stayed at in our 5 years of visiting Mexico Beach.
--Bill and Judy P. from Mississippi

It has been a most enjoyable experience. We saw dolphins and lots of different birds.
--Tommie Sue and Carla D. from Georgia

Our family has been coming to Mexico Beach for 25 years, and this was our first time in your Condo. We LOVE your place...it is great and so relaxing!
--Ricky and Dee B. from Texas

What a treat! We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to be back again soon.
--Trish and Bud S. from Florida

The condo was very clean and comfortable. Every evening, we enjoyed hiding out on the porch with a glass of wine. We also woke up early in the mornings for a cup of coffee out there as well. We really liked the quiet, uncrowded beach and look forward to returning next year!
--The M. family from Louisiana

A wonderful place!!! VERY close to the beach, and we also enjoyed the porch so much. We've come to Mexico Beach many times and we have enjoyed your Condo the most! The kitchen was fully stocked with a wide variety of pots and pans - We didn't even have to buy any utensils.
--Christina W. from Indiana

Everyone loved staying here and we can't wait until next year when we can come back. The best thing about staying here is the convenience of the beach and how private and uncrowded it is.  Thank you for letting us stay in this beautiful Condo!!!
--Alice C. from Texas

We had a wonderful vacation. We were so close to the beach we could even bring my Grandmother down to enjoy it, even though she is in a wheelchair, making our trip even more special.
-- Keith and Melinda W. from Missouri

We loved this house and had a wonderful time. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and watching spectacular sunsets every evening. The week went fast and it was a wonderful vacation in Mexico Beach.
--Kevin and Kim H. from Wisconsin

We all had a wonderful time here. This condo is very nice and equipped with everything we could have wanted. The sunsets were absolutely beautiful! We will miss our lovely walks on the beach but know that we will be returning next year for the months of January and February to start all over.
--Jim and Ann S. from Pennsylvania

You have done such a wonderful job of updating and decorating!  It was new, clean, beachy, but not too beachy, if you know what I mean...  We loved it!  You can tell that you guys take pride in your condo and want others to enjoy their stay.  That means a lot to people like us... when you care about the home, we feel like you care about us too!  And believe me, we've seen the other end of that spectrum...  Last year we booked a house that was so bad we had to move.  Thanks for making our vacation even more worry-free and relaxing!
PS.  Thanks for the gift bag!

The City of Mexico Beach prides itself on not having any high-rises, traffic lights or fast food chains. The community is a serene and tranquil hideaway from the busy schedule and pressures of everyday life. The clean, uncrowded beaches, white sand, and beautiful water are the perfect backdrop for relaxing, boating, fishing and enjoying a variety of water sports.

The sand is so white that it is called “sugar sand,” and it squeaks when you walk on it. The beach touches a deep blue gulf which changes every day, and it thereby changes the beach. People swim, surf, windsurf, boat, sail, parasail, scuba dive and fish.

Mexico Beach city limits stretch three miles long. It rests peacefully on the Gulf of Mexico within the Florida Panhandle. Unlike Southern Florida, Mexico Beach experiences brief, subtle changes of seasons, with some of the locals’ favorites being Spring and Fall.

Everything in town is a “block from the beach”- all anyone needs is a pair of walking shoes or a bike. Mexico Beach has a variety of superb restaurants to choose from. On a daily basis, and when in season, charter fleets unload fresh oysters, shrimp, crab, scallops, grouper and a variety of other seafood. Whether you’re in the mood for Apalachicola oysters or pizza, you’ll find the local restaurants friendly, relaxed, and casual.
Fun shops and ice cream also await those who want a break from the beach!

Day Trips

There are several day trips that are less than an hour away and provide a totally different experience. Each community is unique and offers its own charm.

Crooked Island Sound: Crooked Island is actually not an Island at all, but a combination of two narrow peninsulas that form a nice sized saltwater lagoon. Located just west of Mexico Beach, Florida, the Crooked Island area is a favorite location for surf fishing, shelling, kayaking and possibly overnighting in a small boat.

Apalachicola: A quaint historical fishing village with local shops, galleries and restaurants. Apalachicola is just 32 miles east of Mexico Beach on Hwy. 98.

Cape San Blas: Located on beautiful St. Joseph’s Peninsula. Cape San Blas has been voted America’s #1 beach and is less than a 30 minute drive, or less than 15 minutes by boat.

Port St. Joe: A 12 mile drive east of Mexico Beach on Hwy. 98. Visit the local shops and restaurants, or take in a day of golf at The St. Joseph Bay Country Club, boasting a challenging 18 holes.

St. Vincent National Wildlife Refuge/ Indian Pass: For nature lovers, only 25 miles to the east on Hwy. 98 and CR30. Boat shuttles are available to St. Vincent’s Island.

Panama City Beach: A great place to take the kids for a day of fun. Enjoy Shipwreck Island Water Park, Gulf World Dolphin shows and a plethora of mini golf courses. Less than an hour west on Hwy. 98
